Tausche Knarre gegen Xbox

Um der bewaffneten Jugendkriminalität in Mexico City Herr zu werden, greift der neue Bürgermeister Marcelo Ebrald zu ungewöhnlichen Mitteln. Waffenbesitzer können diese gegen einen PC oder eine Xbox eintauschen (mit freundlicher Unterstützung von Microsoft). Eine Pistole liefert eine Xbox, während ein Maschinengewehr einen PC mit Software bringt. So wird versucht, die Kids von der Straße zu bringen, während auf der anderen Seite eine bekannte Drogenhochburg eingenommen wird (um den Drogenbossen von der Angebotsseite zu schaden). Keine schlechte Strategie. Aber es ist anzunehmen, dass sich die geschlossen Bünde innerhalb der Gangs nicht so einfach auflösen lassen. Dennoch wirds wenigstens versucht.
